Chase Healey, head brewer and founder of Prairie Artisan Ales is taking over Meddlesome Moth this Sunday, April 26 for a beer dinner. The Tulsa brewery was founded by brothers Chase and Colin Healey. Chase has taken on the role of head brewer while Colin designs the art for the bottles — in my opinion, they have some of the best bottle art in the business.

Attendees will sip five beers and nosh on four courses. The dinner kicks off with a meet and greet and glass of Prairie Artisan’s Farmhouse Ale, followed by HFC yellowtail kingfish, seaweed snap pea salad, and yuzu passion fruit emulsion with Funky Gold Amarillo American Wild Ale; Cardamom cinnamon-spiced duck confit, smoked duck bacon hash, and pickled ramp vinaigrette with Christmas Bomb Spiced Imperial Stout; Mycella Blue, peppercorn shortbread and fennel cranberry with Cherry Funk! American Wild Ale; and espresso cheesecake mousse, black tea poached pear and caramel rice cracker with Brimstone Bomb! Barrel Aged Imperial Stout.

The event runs from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Tickets are $70 and can be purchased here.
