It’s time for the 2015 Spring Session of the stupendous Dallas Farmers Market Chefs cooking series. The events, presented by the Dallas Institute of Food and Wine and the Dallas Farmers Market Friends, take place on Saturdays from 11:30AM-1:00PM in the Market Resource Center (1010 S. Pearl Expwy.).

These informative sessions are lively and fun. Once they’re done, you’ve got the newly renovated Dallas Farmers Market literally at your feet. Here’s the line-up:
