Braden and Yasmin Wages opened Southeast Asian cuisine restaurant, Malai Kitchen, in 2011 at the West Village in Uptown. Now, four years later, the couple is expanding their business and opening a second location at Southlake’s Park Village.

Details of the second location are scarce but we do know this: the menu won’t vary much from the Uptown location, the bar will offer a selection of craft cocktails as well as a curated wine list, they will expand their beer program to the new location (they plan on building a brew room and offering five of their Asian-style beers on tap).

Malai’s Southlake location will be located at 1161 E. Southlake Boulevard, Suite #220.
