Ten Ramen, the highly-anticipated restaurant from Tei-An chef-owner Teiichi Sakurai, is now open. I stopped in this afternoon and ordered “all of the ramens” from the menu, which is a blackboard scrawled with colorful chalk.
There are three ramens to choose from: Tonkotsu, Pork Mazemen, and Shoyu. They range from $10 to $12. A yolky, onsen egg can be added for an additional $2.50.

Other non-ramen options include chashu don, and buta soboro (pork and rice).
The tiny, standing-room-only restaurant is located at 1888 Sylvan Avenue, and is currently cash only (credit cards will be accepted once their system is up and running). Ten Ramen is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch, and from 6 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. for dinner.
