Somebody Help This Poor Boy: Philly Cheese Steak in Dallas

A man with a brain for surgery and a bod that requires gin asks the almost impossible. His request came by phone. His scenario in short:

My sister married a guy from Philadelphia. Every time they come to Dallas, he demands to find the same food he eats in Philadelphia. I can’t get him to try Tex-Mex or chicken fried steak. He wants to eat cheese steak sandwiches so he can brag on how much better they are in Philly. It’s exhausting. I read the post from 2012 and wondered if there were any new versions on the market. Also a plus if I can grab a gin and tonic on site.
