When managing partner Bo Dorton announced he was closing the Addison location of Truluck’s, he revealed plans for the new from-the-ground up restaurant on McKinney. The recently completed two-story extravaganza is located behind where the snazzy old diner spot used to sit (RIP Fog City Diner!) across from the Hotel Crescent Court. According to Dorton, Truluck’s is bigger and better and now includes private dining areas and a piano bar.

Truluck’s is famous for their Florida stone crabs. They work with crabbing professionals on the Isle of Capri just outside of Naples and own their fisheries where the never-frozen crab legs are prepared for shipping. The season runs till May, but you can get an order of jumbos when service begins tonight.
