“First off I just want to say thank you to everyone for all the amazing support through all of this, it’s truly relieving the amount of love and incredible offers of help my family and I have been receiving. To all who are wondering when we will be holding a memorial for the one and only Spiceman I’m making arrangements to have one in Dallas as well in New Orleans for our family. The date at this point is up in the air given the awful weather we’re having. That being said we will be setting up a go fund me by tonight, for those who have offered to help financially that will be the best way. When I round up a large enough location to hold the uncountable number of people who loved my father I’m going to set it up pot luck style, given the quality of education my dad provided this world on food I imagine an incredible array of eats will be available. This will not be a funeral, this is going to be a celebration of his life, a time for us to share stories, laugh, cry, and send his soul into the next realm in true Tom Spicer fashion.
Again thank you all so much.”

Erik Spicer

A memorial fund has been set up to help the family organize the event. You can participate here.
