Dallas Farmers Market Announces New and Returning Vendors

The Dallas Farmers Market will be home to more than 20 new and returning vendors and merchants come June.

The Dallas Farmers Market will be home to more than 20 new and returning vendors and merchants come June.

The following vendors will join anchor restaurants Rex’s Seafood and Market, Stocks & Bondy, Taqueria La Ventana, Nammi/Coolhaus, Palmieri Café and Mudhen:

Bohemian Cafe: Texan-Czech bakery that offers kolaches, klobasneks, soups, coffee, salads, and gourmet hot dogs.

Cajun Tailgators: Louisiana fare such as crawfish étouffée, jambalaya, gumbo and red beans and rice.

Chelles Macarons: French macarons.

Dallas Antique Company: Antiques. Duh.

Dallas Caramel Company: Flavored caramels and turtles.

Doc Popcorn: A national concept offering several flavors of popcorn using non-GMO corn.

GROW North Texas: A nonprofit organization retail space that sells organic produce.

Jack’s Modern Southern Kitchen: Southern comfort food.

Mild Bill’s Spice Co.: Spices.

Scardello Artisan Cheese: An expansion of the Oak Lawn location.

Si Tapas: Tapas, cheese plates, cured meats, soups, and paellas.

Sterling Tea: Loose leaf and herbal teas and accessories.

Betty’s Blue Ribbon Fare: State Fair of Texas-winning preserves, marmalades, and jams.

    There is another shed with all farmers. The farmers are not being taken out– actually before these changes there were almost no farmers– only wholesellers. The new produce shed is changing this– now you will see actual farmers at a farmers market!
