Last June Nancy announced that Chicago-based breakfast restaurant, Yolk, will open at One Arts Plaza. More than six months later they’re ready for business. Menu highlights include Benedict caprese with fresh mozzarella, grilled tomatoes, poached eggs, and hollandaise, and the French toast flight. Yolk will plate up breakfast and lunch starting Tuesday, January 20.
Yolk is open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
