Start Restaurant Opens Second Location

In October 2013 Nancy broke the news that Erin McKool, concept creator and co-owner of Start Restaurant, was planning to open a second location. More than a year later, the second installment of the organic, fast-casual restaurant (located at 4023 Lemmon Avenue) is ready to plate up breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Start opens on Wednesday, January 7, and will offer the same menu as its sister location on Greenville Avenue with options like the spinach and goat cheese salad, stuffed sweet potatoes, and house-made hummus with pita chips. Start is open daily from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m.
