Dallas, get ready to party in the Design District. Rodeo Goat Ice House, the rough-and-tumble burger-centric restaurant opened by Sam Wynne in Fort Worth is riding into Dallas. This time Sam’s father, Shannon, is holding the reins. Sam is busy getting his Braindead Brewery in Deep Ellum ready for business. “It’s different for Dallas,” Wynne says. The menu, and the story about the goat, have been humorously tweaked to fit Dallas. Opening set for Wednesday, January 14.
