Chef Blaine Staniford is hosting an exotic mushroom dinner this Friday, January 16 at his Fort Worth restaurant, Grace. The menu, which is designed exclusively for those who love mushrooms, includes hen of the woods in broth, with hearts of palm, and white soy; black trumpet mushrooms with aged parmesean custard, perigord truffles, charred romaine, and white anchovy; and huitlacoche with house tortillas, braised rabbit, radish, and cotija cheese.
The champagne reception starts at 6:30, and dinner is served at 7 p.m. Tickets cost $125 and can be purchased by calling (817) 877-3388.
