Last September we announced that chef Blythe Beck won the executive chef position for Kitchen LTO’s fourth round. Kitchen LTO creator, Casie Caldwell, states that due to a successful social media campaign to keep Beck at the helm of the kitchen, she will spend another four months plating upscale comfort food at the permanent pop-up restaurant.
New lunch and dinner menus will be in effect starting tomorrow with dishes like mini beer battered corn dogs with Sriracha ketchup and spicy mustard; champagne brie bisque; cayenne, garlic shrimp with jalapeño bacon cheddar grits; and chicken fried quail and waffles. Brunch is available starting this weekend, highlights include fried chicken and waffles with bourbon maple syrup and jalapeño gravy; chilaquiles; and marinated skirt steak breakfast tacos.
