Another California chain is breaking into the Dallas dining scene. Paul Fleming (the man behind P.F. Chang’s, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, and Pei Wei Asian Diner) is opening Paul Martin’s American Grill next year. The 6,000 square-foot space, located on the corner of Oak Lawn and Blackburn is slated to open in the spring. The seasonally rotating menu features standards like grilled salmon, kale Caesar salad, marinated skirt steak and braised short ribs. Other highlights include an expansive wine list with over 100 labels to choose from — 80 of which can be purchased by the glass — a list of craft cocktails, and an outdoor patio.

This will be the restaurant’s ninth location, and first in Texas.
