Braden and Yasmin Wages of Malai Kitchen released their first Asian-style beer last March. They have since poured seven more homemade brews, including a Viet Coffee Stout. The brand new imperial-style stout is made with chocolate malt and Malai’s Vietnamese cold brew coffee. The beer is available on draft at the restaurant for $6 per pint and $20 per growler.
