[Mack] Simpson and partners Diana Ezzell and Glen Shank are still working out the menu. The space is under construction and awaiting permits. They’ve hired Stash Dallas, whose work can be seen in restaurants including Oddfellows and Chicken Scratch, to finish out the interior.
You can expect hipster grilled cheese sandwiches such as Brie with pears and walnuts alongside two slices of Texas toast and American cheese.
