Businesses Can Support Café Momentum with TransAction

The program allows companies to donate credit card processing fees to the local organization.

More and more folks are signing up to help Café Momentum lately. The most recent is TransAction by CapRock Services, a credit card processing platform. Restaurants and businesses using it can contribute some of their credit card transaction fees to Café Momentum.

Currently, San Salvaje, Mutts Canine Cantina and So & So’s are enrolled in the program.

“For Café Momentum, every penny counts toward our ability to make a difference,” said Chad Houser. “We were thrilled that CapRock chose to partner with us for TransAction. Now, when people are eating out and using a credit card at supporting restaurants they can feel good knowing that a little piece of every transaction is going back toward good will in their community. It has huge potential. In fact, it doesn’t just apply to restaurants. Any business that wants to support our organization can now do so.”

Caprock hopes that TransAction will be able to raise about $30,000 for Café Momentum within a year, and that figure will only grow as more restaurants and businesses join in support.
