Chef Tre Wilcox may have disappeared from a high-profile restaurant kitchen, but he’s still cooking. Wilcox spent many years in the limelight as chef at Abacus and Marquee Grill/Village Marquee in Highland Park Village. He also appeared on Season 3 of Bravo’s Top Chef and was invited back for Season 8 Top Chef All-Stars. Wilcox resigned from Village Marquee in late 2012 to spend time with his daughter, Alexis, and teach cooking classes out of his home.

He’s just released his schedule for upcoming classes. Wilcox has added another layer to his demo-classes. He’s invited some celebrity chefs to join in the learing experience. Essentially it’s a two-for-one teaching program. Each class, limited to six people, is from 12-3 pm on select Saturday dates. The setting is Wilcox’s home near downtown. Two chefs will prepare a four-course lunch with how-to instructions from both chefs. The cost is $215 per person. Here’s the line-up.
