Ladies and Gentlemen, meet Anthony Bonkowski. He is a server at Dish Restaurant. Thanks to Patricia Bedford, Tony is the SideDish Server of the Week. As you know, this week is DFW Restaurant Week. We have encouraged diners to pay attention to their servers and send us photos of those who go above and beyond the call of duty. Patricia writes:

This was my first time at Dish and the service and food were excellent. Tony served up his warm and delightful presence along with the fantastic dishes. He was very attentive and ensured that we were enjoying our first experience. Kudos to Tony and Dish!!!

The ball is back in your court. When you head out to dine at a participating DFW Week restaurant, pay attention to your server. If he or she impresses you, get their name, snap their photo, and send it to me. [email protected].
