An bald, eagle-eyed SideDish reader reports there is a sign on the door of Central Standard in the Design District. The note says Central Standard is gone and a second location of Primo’s Bar and Grill will open in the space.
Central Standard was yet another ambitious project of Restaurants America, a group out of Chicago that invaded Dallas in late 2011 and leased spaces for five restaurants: Mockingbird Taproom, Townhouse Kitchen & Bar, Boca Chica, Townhouse Kitchen & Bar, and Park Tavern. They have all closed.
