Update: This was first reported yesterday on Culture Map and I neglected to link to the story. Apologies for the error.

The Denver-based healthy fast food chain Modmarket is set to open four locations in upcoming months. The first will be in Flower Mound, followed by Preston / 121, Preston Hollow and later Southlake.

Creators Anthony Pigliacampo and Rob McColgan describe themselves as environmentally-focused health nuts. Their vision is to bring food that’s as clean and simple as possible. With 8 locations in Colorado and 2 on the way, they are now branching out to Texas.

“We are very excited to serve our farm fresh fare in one of the top ranking places to live in the country!”

The menu at Modmarket spans breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are plentiful with brick oven pizzas, sandwiches, breakfast plates and salads. According to the website, you’ll order at the counter and wait 5-10 minutes for your meal. Catering will be available and orders can also be placed online.

Looks pretty tasty.
