Plan a date and bring your mate to one of these five wine, beer, and whiskey pairing dinners. Sip and taste your way through the night with a delicious meal accompanied with hand-selected beverages.

BEER

Tuesday, April 16, 5 p.m.

Fancy food can get tiring, and sometimes you just want some comfort food and a beer. Little Red Wasp Kitchen + Bar in Fort Worth is teaming up with Rahr Brewing Company to bring you just that. Tonight, feast on chicken wings, BBQ pulled pork sliders, and donut holes paired with a specially picked beer. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 817-877-3111. $16 per person

WINE

Tuesday, April 22, 6:30 p.m.

Join Abacus in a delicious four-course wine dinner, with wines from Au Bon Climat, a California winery, and a meal prepared by Kent Rathbun. Jim Clendenen will be available to interact with guests to answer questions about his portfolio of wines. Feast on Langoustine raviolini, soft shell crab roll, spiced lamb loin, fire pit roasted “osso bucco,” and an apricot pot de créme with toasted walnut phyllo. Thursday, April 24, 6:30 p.m.

Double the wine means double the fun. SĒR Steak & Spirits is hosting an Old World & New World wine dinner with duet pairings. Reservations are required, and can be made by calling 214-761-7470. $149 per person

Thursday, April 24, 5:30 p.m.

Come-as-you-are to the “Tour of France” wine dinner at The Grape. Dine on a three-course bistro dinner with wine pairings brought to you by chef Jed Demler. Reservations are available from 5:30 to 9 p.m., and can be made by calling 214-828-1981. $48 per person

WHISKEY

Tuesday, April 29, 6:30 p.m.

Equip your taste buds for Grace‘s five-course Crown Royal Whiskey dinner prepared by chef Blaine Staniford. Whiskey connoisseurs, Gregor Cattanach (Senior National Master of Whisky) and Scott Mauldin (Whisky Ambassador for Diageo) will take you through the history of whisky and the craft of blending. A meet and greet will begin at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will begin at 7 p.m. Reservations can be made by calling 817-877-3388. $89 per person
