Tina Wasserman is an author, kosher cooking instructor, speaker, corporate team builder, and all-around nice Dallas lady. She has written Entree to Judaism-A Culinary Exploration of the Jewish Diaspora and Entrée to Judaism for Families. She also teaches kosher cooking and is the food editor for reformjudaism.org, the major web presence for Reform Jews in North America.

This year Passover begins this evening and ends in the evening of Tuesday, April 22. To get you ready, Tina is offering Passover Boot Camp on SideDish. Last week, we made chicken soup and  matzah balls.  Today we learn the art of creating a fine linzer tart.
