Take time out of your week for a little wining and dining. Whether it’s a special Italian wine dinner in Fort Worth or a mozzarella-and-beer pairing class, we’ve got you covered.

WINE

Thursday, March 27: Come-as-you-are to The Grape for a special wine dinner, with reservations starting at 5:30 p.m. Jason Charles of Glazers is the special guest host. Chef Jed Demler will serve an intimate three-course bistro menu paired with selected wines. The host will speak to each individual tables about the selected wines. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 214-828-1981.

Friday, March 28: Join the Garden Cafe for their first installment of the Dinner & Conversation Series with Gerald J. Ford. Hors d’oeuvres start at 6:45 p.m. The dinner will proceed at 7:30 p.m. This BYOB dinner will feature three courses of delicious salad with roasted beets, crushed walnuts, and goat cheese; roasted duck; and a brownie, chocolate ganache, or a vanilla panna cotta. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 214-887-8330. $50 per person

Monday, March 31: For Sevy’s 115 monthly dinner, the restaurant is hosting a dinner that transports you to “the culinary world of Northern California for only $79 per person.” It’s four courses paired with wines from around the world. Wednesday, April 2: Time to venture down to Fort Worth for an Italian wine dinner at Lili’s Bistro on Wednesday, April 2 from 6 to 9 p.m. Indulge in five courses paired with Empson Italian wine. The courses include an antipasto and bruschetta, lasagne cupcakes, ricotta ravioli, roasted garlic rib-eye, and an Italian cream cake. Wednesday, April 16: Olenjack’s Grille is hosting a beer dinner  on Wednesday, April 16 at 7 p.m., featuring Goose Island Beer Co. The menu will include BBQ oysters and slow braised antelope ribs. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 817-226-2600. $65 per person

Wednesday, March 26: Adelbert’s Traveler IPA, crafted at the brewery in Austin, is tapping in at FM Smoke House tonight, Wednesday, March 26 at 6 p.m. With a purchase of a Adelbert’s Traveler IPA, guests will receive an Adelbert’s Brewery goblet.

Thursday, April 3: A mozzarella and beer pairing class is headed your way on April 3 at 6:30 p.m., brought to you by the Mozzarella Company. A discussion will be led by Mark Monfrey of Artisanal Beverage Company and Paula Lambert of MozzCo. Reserve your spot by calling 214-741-4072. $50 per person
