Enjoy a European lunch in honor of the 15th Empty Bowls fundraiser on March 7 at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Proceeds will go toward the North Texas Food Bank. Guests will feast on soups and many other delicious treats from participating restaurants. Attendees will also select a handcrafted bowl. Tickets will be available at the door. The Prashe Showroom is hosting a bohemian spring mixer and cocktail event benefiting the March of Dimes at the Magnolia Hotel tonight, March 7, at 7 p.m. The night will be filled with bohemian jewelry, palm readers, henna artists, and photo booths. $15 per person

The Social House Uptown will be debuting its new Back Yard this Saturday, March 8 at 11 a.m. Don’t be overwhelmed by the seelction of over-100 beers on tap and the delectable homemade Southern favorites. This outdoor space will be open Saturdays and Sundays until April. Then it will be open every day.

Eating chocolate for a good cause is the ideal way to give back to the community. Dude, Sweet Chocolate is hosting an evening of tastings, music, and a silent auction to benefit their sous chef, Ulysses Galvan, on March 9 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Proceeds will help cover cost of his medical bills.
