rsz_21rsz_1ua-stewardsdinner-posterdesign-4-webIf you kicked yourself in the foot for missing last year’s Joel Salatin’s dinner… well, here’s your second chance at life. Salatin, the outspoken farmer from Shenandoah Valley is coming back to Dallas for an indoor fair on January 28. All the activities, music, and open bar stuff starts at 7 p.m. and ends at 9. Last March, the Steward’s Dinner was a straight-up, sit-down affair, so I’m guessing Urban Acres (the host) is trying to mix it up a little.

Small plates will be prepared by the likes of Graham Dodds, Sharon Hage, Chad Houser, Matt McCallister, Amber West, Adam West, Tim Bevins, Katherine Clapner, and other popular chefs around Dallas. Tickets are $90 and you can reserve them here.
