Crisp Salad to Open on Lower Greenville in Early December

Crisp-logo-websiteSalad eaters, you’re in luck. A hip, new green spot is opening across from Trader Joe’s at 2020 Greenville Avenue. The signage is up, but the food’s not ready yet. Not until December 4, that is. By then you’ll be stuffed like a Thanksgiving turkey and ready to shed a few pounds before your Aunt Gertrude breaks out the Christmas pot roast.

You need fiber. And lots of it.

Enter Crisp, the salad company that’ll help you make regular trips to the bathroom. It’s a build-your-own-salad or wrap restaurant, much like Salata. It boasts more than 70 toppings and dressings, soups, bread, and gluten free options. It’ll be open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
