Firestone & Robertson Distilling Won Best American Craft Whiskey at World Spirits Competition in San Francisco

tx-blended-bottle-bigFor the last two years, co-founders Leonard Firestone and Troy Robertson have worked hard at their whiskey distillery in Fort Worth. Their efforts just paid off: Their F&R’s TX Blended Whiskey just won Best American Craft Whiskey and  a received a Double Gold award at the World Spirits Competition in San Francisco — the largest spirits competition in the U.S. Thirty-four international spirits experts convened in San Francisco from March 21-24 to judge 1,407 spirits from 63 countries which included 85 different classifications.

Firestone and Robertson have paired with popular Fort Worth chef Jon Bonnell(Bonnell’s) to create delicious recipes made from their small-batch TX Blended Whiskey.
