Many of the food trucks that participated in last weekend’s Texas Food Truckin’ Festival were quite pleased with the results. From the customer perspective, lines were long and several of the newer trucks under-estimated and ran out of food early.
Many of your local schools are adding in food trucks so that you have more of an option besides turkey legs and popcorn. Most of these are open but some are private.
Several trucks will be at the parking lot of Sprouts/Henderson on Thursday evening.
