Debtor:  Snuffer’s Restaurants, Inc.

Snuffer’s has been sued for nonpayment to vendors before, but they’ve managed to stay alive. I’ve reached out to Pat Snuffer for details.

UPDATE: Word from Pat Snuffer: “This is a reorganization under Chapter 11, which allows us to continue in a business as usual manner. No changes. All Snuffer’s remain open, and operational.”
