Matt McCallister is off to a brilliant start. This morning comes word that he is wasting no time in elevating the profile of his newly opened restaurant FT-33. They’ve announced three Monday night dinners featuring a wine pairing by a Master Sommelier from Texas. The cost is $125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity for a five-course menu with wine pairings. The talent, times, and dates are below.
WHAT: For the first time in Dallas, a restaurant will welcome members of The Court of Master Sommeliers for an exclusive Wine Dinner Series. [Editor’s note: Don’t think this is factual.] FT33, a new modern American restaurant by Chef Matt McCallister, will host three of the world’s top wine aficionados. Each Master Sommelier resides in Texas and is part of the select group of 186 wine experts from across the world, who share a proven mastery in the art and science of wine pairing. Each night, attendees will experience wine pairings throughout the world selected by an esteemed Master Sommelier paired exclusively with Chef Matt McCallister’s modern, Texas-inspired cuisine.
