Wow a little late to the game…they have torn this place inside and out. nothing left but the awning.

  • Steve Sandwich

I tried this place about TEN times.

Each time staff acted like the would really rather be talking about last night than help anyone.

    Warm beer.

    Decent menu. Poorly run.

  • MeanGreen

Pretty old news but never saw anyone cover it.

The menu LOOKED good but was so poorly executed. I ate there once with about 15 people and no one liked it.

But, but, but….Leslie Brenner loved it so much. Doesn’t her rec count for anything around here?
I mean come on, she does know her bar food, reveres it so much that she actually reviews bars as if they were restaurants. Serious ’bout dem wings and fingers, I’m tellin’ ya. Now she’ll probably have to move her barstool over to nearby Common Table. She has written about her super nacho love for it too.

Sherlock’s is taking over that space for one of their new concepts that is focused on craft beer.. at least this is what I have heard. I knew they were moving into the space more than 6 months ago.

  • Oracle

I figured the brain power of Mo and motivation of Hully would’ve kept this place afloat.

Some.Things.Do.Not.Change. Has it really been almost 4 years?

“Craft beer” is the new “Bud”.

  • CapGuy

This blog has seen its best I’m sorry to say.

  • LJT

Whoa Glenn Campbell…kind of hitting below the belt, no?

  • Food Girl

@ Twinwillow….Thank GOD craft beer is the new Bud!

  • So Sherlock’s is taking over the Hully & Mo’s spot? What they gonna call it? How ’bout Josh Hamilton’s Hit & Run? Or Josh Hamilton’s Sliders? Or Josh Ham… oh, you get it.

  • Glenn, I deleted your comment. Play nice.
Cap Guy, I’m interested to hear why you made your comment. What can we do to make it better?

  • twinwillow

I just meant to make a “clever” statement. Not start a, “I hate twinwillow club”. That club is already full and there is a waiting list to join.

A friend wrote me and told me what GC said about calling me a liar and that I never owned a winery. He is correct! I never owned a winery! My ex-wife and I owned a 17 acre VINEYARD in the Russian River area of Healdsburg in Northern Sonoma County. The address is 465 Grapevine Lane. It’s located at the end of Grapevine Lane off Eastside Road in the town of Healdsburg. It was called “Twinwillow Vineyard” because we had two huge Willow trees on the road at the beginning of our property. We did not make wine! We just sold high quality Zinfandel and Syrah fruit to major wineries!
You don’t like it? One clue as to what you can do.

Further… We sold Twinwillow Vineyard in 1994.

I was told today, this GC creature also said I was fat and gay. “Not that there’s anything wrong with that”.
But sorry, I’m as straight as an arrow. And, I don’t consider myself fat at 5’9″ and 190#. I do have a just a bit of a belly, though.

Oh, it’s so easy to hate and throw darts hiding behind anonymity.
It’s very obvious, what GC doesn’t know about me could fill volumes!

  • Katie M.

I don’t post much but I always enjoy Twinwillow’s posts. I hope you won’t let some anonymous weirdo get you down.

  • twinwillow

    Thank you, Katie M.

I saw “MoMo’s Pasta” listed on the big Quadrangle sign that lists all the businesses.
Maybe this is going there?? Could be wrong
