Nancy, they actually had a first soft opening last night. The staff did a great job with a very full house and the food was even better than imagined. Go there hungry!

Was lucky enough to get an invite to the soft opening (I think that invite might be the hottest ticket in town this weekend). The food was amazing! Authentic and beyond delicious. Get ready Dallas as this place is going to change your appreciation for “real” Neopolitan Pizza!

We, too, were lucky and scored invites. It was fantastic! We had the rollatini appetizer (house-made mozzarella, prosciutto, basil? can’t quite remember), the Tuscan salad (super-fresh greens, great dressing), and the fontina pizza and the margherita “stg” (that means it’s made with Mozzarella de Bufala), as well as the panna cotta for dessert. Our server was well-versed on the menu in regard to flavors of the dishes as well as the preparation of them which was great for us because we asked a few nerdy questions. The pizza crust was gorgeous, and it was perfectly baked; the San Marzano tomatoes on the margherita were so fresh-tasting — it was like eating the sun. We will definitely be back and will bring everyone we know!

Well, now maybe Dough will take some of the pressure off Cane Rosso. Had to wait an hour last night for a table.

I also was the lucky recipient of an invite to the Friends and Family event. All I have to say is OMG! From the over the top burrata to the Nona’s salad to the pork love pizza to the perfectly prepared panna cotta – perhaps the most memorable food experience ever. Did I mention the service??? It was as if I was at a 5 star restaurant but casual enough that I could comfortably be myself. Well done, Dough, well done!

Heard a lot about this place. Saw the show about it on Food Network. It made my mouth water. Looking forward to my first Dough pizza experience.

I am a frequent customer of Dough in San Antonio. I came up for the soft opening in Dallas. The food, service and atmosphere of the Dallas Dough was absolutely equal to my San Antonio Dough expereinces. Hats off to Doug, Lori, Keith and Brad for executing flawlessly. I am excited to watch all your future success.
