The culinary team includes executive chef Jeff Harris, best known for his excellent work in the kitchen at Craft Dallas. Matt Balke, former sous chef at York Street will be by Harris’ side. His resume also includes stints at Jeroboam, Republic, The Belmont Hotel, and Smoke. The crew will be generally managed by Eddy Metten, a pro with over 25 years in the business. The food?
