How the Southwest Was Won: Tim Byres Received More Votes than Casey Thompson

Leslie Brenner reports the results of Food and Wine magazine’s “The People’s Best New Chefs” voting.  Chef Tim Byres from Smoke won the Southwest. Byres will be profiled in the magazine’s July issue.
