There are some folks up here on the 21st floor—I’m thinking of a certain Creative Director who used yesterday’s snow flurries as an excuse to stay home and whip up a simple boeuf bourguignon—who have mad skills in the kitchen. For them, and people who want to be more like them, Chef/Owner Mansour Gorji of Canary by Gorji is stepping up to the plate to share some of his own mad skills on Jan. 17 in a cooking class cleverly disguised as a three-course wine dinner.
