Ocean Prime

Ocean Prime in Dallas wants you to know that you can relax. Why? Because Executive Chef Sonny Pache will take care of any host’s Thanksgiving kitchen duties. All they need to do is place an order, pick it up and enjoy the festivities. It couldn’t be easier.

Whether it’s an intimate night in with family or an extravagant holiday celebration, hors d’oeuvres, decadent desserts and tasty drinks are always a must. To relieve a bit of the stress that comes with spending hours cooking, baking and mixing, Ocean Prime offers its customers the ability to create completely customizable orders-to-go to fit any sized party or celebration.

Ocean Prime holiday favorites include:
Ocean Prime’s signature dish, the Ahi Tuna Tartar, a beautifully presented and one-of-kind dish that pairs perfectly with King Estates Pinot Gris;

The Goat Cheese Ravioli, when paired with Morgan Pinot Noir, for a wonderful entrée choice;

And the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie for a decadent holiday treat. The name may sound innocent, but the peanut butter mousse with bittersweet chocolate ganache topped with real whipped cream and drizzled in a succulent peanut butter-chocolate sauce will send taste-buds over the moon.

All of these Ocean Prime favorites, along with any menu item, can be made-to-order for any size party with just a few days notice. Executive Chef Sonny Pache and General Manager Brandon Davis will work tirelessly to create a lavish spread that will ‘wow’ even the most hard to please guest. After all, “Yes! Is the answer, what’s the question?” is the motto Mr. Davis lives by every day, no matter the season.

Not only can your readers order any item from Ocean Prime to serve at their holiday party, the restaurant is also willing to share an appetizer or cocktail recipe with you that your readers can easily replicate at home. If you are interested, I can work with you to pick out the perfect recipe to feature this holiday season.
