Stating Dec. 3, Bijoux sommelier and owner Gina Gottlich will begin a series of monthly wine education classes from 7 to 8 pm at Bijoux’s Lovers Ln. location. In the inaugural class, Gina will showcase Syrahs from California, France, and Australia paired with canapes, compliments of Gottlich’s husband and partner, Chef Scott Gottlich. Individual classes cost $40 and will feature a different wine varietal (paired with canapes) each month.
