I have 4.7 oz of Italian White Truffles left @ $170.00/oz. They are from the region of Les Marche, Italy. I also have a new shipment of Black Garlic @ $4/head.

We have very nice Baby Turnips, French Breakfast Radishes, Baby Collards and Mustards in the Garden for your table.
Our Garden Greens range in sizes from Micro and Petite for delicate garnishes to Baby Greens for salads on up to full blown for Braising or Wilting.
Scented Herbs for infusing: Lemon Basil, Cinnamon Basil, Thai and Sweet Basils will be done by end of month so come n’ get ‘um.
Precious little Lemon Verbena left…Lots of Orange and Chocolate Mint with Spearmint coming back after we mowed it down a few weeks ago.
Other Salad ingredients from my garden include baby and medium sizes of Rainbow Chard, Baby Fennel and Micro Leeks.
In a couple weeks we’ll also have 5 different colors of Baby Carrots and Mache, aka Lambs Ear Lettuce.

There are many other local and/or regional goods I can get if you’ll advise me by Sunday, Tues and Thurs so I can procure them early Mon, Wed and Fri as those are the main Market Days. Mon and Fri are the stronger days.
