Kick Off Craft Beer Week Tonight at Libertine

|

Tonight marks the first night of Craft Beer Week, a spontaneous festival celebrating the (very limited) availability all three of Avery’s series (Holy Trinity, Dictators, and Demons series) on tap in the same city at the same time.  Trust me; it’s a big deal. Big enough to get three (seemingly) competing drinkeries to collaborate and celebrate.

This movable beer feast kicks off tonight at Libertine with Avery Salvation and an option to pair it with a special menu of smoked pork tenderloin with apricot ancho chili chutney, couscous cooked in fresh apple juice and basil, and brown-butter baby turnips and baby radishes.

Tomorrow night, the festivities move to Common Table where Avery Salvation will be paired with an ancho chili-rubbed rockfish and herb risotto.

Things really pick up on Wednesday at Meddlesome Moth when the bars begin to bring out the flights.

The schedule is a little tricky to understand, so be sure to check out the FULL schedule here. Print it out and keep track; this is a week you won’t want to miss.
