Flying Saucer Fort Worth Beer Festival TODAY at Noon in Sundance Square

By Sarah Reiss |

When the clock strikes noon, head over to Sundance Square in Fort Worth for The Flying Saucer’s 5th Annual Fall Beer Festival (and music from Pablo & the Hemphill 7). The tasting lasts until well after dark (10 pm) and admission is only $3 (an additional $20 gets you a 10-beer tasting glass that’s yours to keep). Rumor is the lineup of 40 draft brews (in seven tents) includes Alagash Odyssey, Ommegang’s New Belgian Pale Ale, ‘07 Brooklyn Chocolate Stout, Stone Sublimely Self-Righteous Ale, Lagunitas Little Sumpin WILD, Deschute’s Inversion IPA, Sierra Nevada 30th Anniversary Ale, as well as fine beers from Ska, Avery, Breckenridge, Left Hand, Allagash, Urthel, Achouffe, Ayinger & Spaten draft beers.

Everyone hates a drunk, so create a good base layer in your stomach (Captain Keith does not want you to embarrass him in his own parking lot) with beer brats and Bavarian pretzels.

Afterward, come find me in the Avery Demon Tent.
