Dallas Chefs to Flex Mussels at Bastille Day Bash

Join some of the city’s top chefs — Marc Cassel (Park), Graham Dodds (Bolsa), David Uygur (upcoming Lucia), Randal Copeland (AVA), Chad Kelly (Meddlesome Moth), and more — as they compete in a mussel competition at Oak Cliff’s Bastille on Bishop celebration tomorrow evening. I’ll be there judging (yep, it’s a tough job I have) as well as enjoying streetside crepes, live music, a wine walk, and more French fun than you can shake a pomme frite at. Viva la resistance.
