Tina Wasserman, Dallas’ premier kosher cooking school instructor and blog writer, has just penned a new book, A Culinary Exploration of the Jewish Diaspora. On Saturday, December 12 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Tina will be at Neiman’s NorthPark signing copy of her book. (She’ll be on the main floor, conveniently in front of women’s shoes!)
