Pappas Restaurants Executive Chef, Michael Gaspard will prepare the dinner, with Pappas Wine expert, Drew Hendricks, MS, along with Larry O’Brien, MS, on hand to discuss, sip and savor the pairings. Clos du Bois crafted its first vintage in 1974 from 520 acres of grapes in Sonoma County’s then little-known Alexander Valley.
