I was adding this item to our online calendar but had to stop to tell Dishers about it first. Tomorrow night, for a mere $15, Ferrari’s in Addison is offering a chicken entree, a glass of wine, and focaccia bread from 5–9:30pm. Tomorrow night’s entree is “Chicken Sciliana — breaded and crowned with mozzarella, eggplant and tomato sauce showcased with Fettuccine Carbonara.” That doesn’t sound like a small portion to me. I’m betting we could get two meals out of this deal…which makes it an even better value.
Ferrari’s is doing this deal every Tuesday night in April, with a different chicken dish every week. Here is the upcoming schedule:
April 14th: Chicken Pizzaiola — sautéed with capers, black olives, garlic, tomatoes, onion and EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) featured with vegetables of the day;
April 21st: Chicken Milanese — complemented with spaghetti and tomato sauce; and
April 28th: Chicken Marsala – sautéed within Marsala wine and mushrooms served with vegetables of the day.
