Last week, I asked who had the best fried catfish in Dallas and you, sweet SideDishers, replied with much golden crispy enthusiasm. Top Cat and Flying Fish ran away with it though there were a few intriguing suggestions. (Aligator Cafe? I’m so there.) Just received one late contender in my inbox:
Believe it or not, Dick’s Last Resort uses farm-raised catfish from Mississippi and hand breads each piece. Great stuff!
