Lavendou Announces New Spring Menu

lavendouApril showers are certainly upon us and Lavendou Bistro is readying to present the fresh flavors of Provence with their new spring menu. I’ve posted the menu below but the best news is the price:  three-course prix-fixe dinner menu, including an appetizer, main course and dessert is only $29.95 per person.

NEW PRIX-FIXE MENU AT LAVENDOU BISTRO PROVENÇAL

Just in time for spring, Lavendou owner Pascal Cayet has created a sensational fixed price menu that celebrates the fresh flavors of Provence.

Lavendou is offering a three course prix-fixe dinner menu, including an appetizer, main course and dessert, for $29.95 per person.

Guests begin the meal with a choice of traditional daily appetizer recipes of Soupe du Jour (Soup of the Day); Salade Verte du Jardin (Mixed Baby Greens Salad); or Terrine du Chef (Chicken Liver Paté).

Guests choose from four main course offerings: Filet de Rockfish Sauvage Dieppoise (Wild Rockfish with Scallops, Shrimp, Mussels and Chardonnay Sauce); Poitrine de Poulet Forestiere (Breast of Chicken with Mushroom Sauce, served with Linguini Pasta); Steak Grillé au Beurre Maitre d’Hotel (Grilled Sirloin Filet with Herbed Butter, served with French Fries); or Côtes de Porc Normande (Sautéed Boneless Pork Chops with Apple Brandy Sauce).

Three wonderful desserts complement the meal perfectly. Guests select from Poire Pochée au Vin Rouge (Poached Pear in Red Wine, served with vanilla ice cream); Mousse au Chocolat (Chocolate Mousse); or Tarte au Pommes (Apple Tart).

Price per guest is $29.95 (appetizer, main course and dessert), plus beverage, tax and gratuity. The fixed price menu is available during normal dinner hours, Monday through Saturday from 6 to 10:30 p.m. Not available with any promotion or discount.
