|
Image

martiniHave you been curious about what’s going on at the Pyramid restaurant at the Fairmont Hotel? Or, are you wondering what “truffle infused cognac” tastes like? The Pyramid is throwing a tasting event next Thursday (April 23) so all your questions can be answered. White sangria, wasabi martinis (yeow), watermelon gin and tonics, and the aforementioned cognac are just a few of the cocktails that will be served. They will be paired with dishes like salmon cakes with napa cabbage slaw and oregano-scallion aioli, and mélange of foraged mushroom with terrace sage-(grown in chef Foster’s terrace garden, I’m assuming) rubbed crostini and ghee fried onions. Jump for the entire menu. $75 per person.
