Who Wants to Learn How to Cook in France?

|

A couple of years ago, I signed up to take cooking lessons at LaCombe en Perigord with guest chef Paula Lambert. For seven glorious days, we ate foie gras at every meal, harvested truffles with a pig, and drank half of the wine in Bergerac. Here’s the whole story with pictures. Paula’s classes in France are small and fill up fast but I just heard from her and she had several spots open up for the week of June 4 to 11. If you are interested, e-mail Paula at [email protected]. 214-741-4072.
