A couple of years ago, I signed up to take cooking lessons at LaCombe en Perigord with guest chef Paula Lambert. For seven glorious days, we ate foie gras at every meal, harvested truffles with a pig, and drank half of the wine in Bergerac. Here’s the whole story with pictures.
