Charlie Palmer at The Joule, along with Next Vintage wine shop, will present an exclusive wine dinner featuring Domaine Serene on Monday, March 23, 2009. Sounds divine. Jump for more.

Founded in 1989, Domaine Serene is settled in the Dundee Hills located in the North Willamette Valley, where Oregon Pinot Noir began. Since then, the winery has become one of the most celebrated wineries and a driving force behind the progression of Oregon Pinot.   With environmentally friendly farming practices and extremely low crop yields which continue to produce consistently concentrated, elegant, and highly allocated wines.   Over 55 of the vineyard’s wines have rated 90 points or higher in the Wine Spectator.  It is this commitment to quality that sparked renowned wine writer, Anthony Dias Blue, to declare Domaine Serene the “Château Lafite of Oregon.”

This special four-course dinner menu will couple Domaine Serene’s wines with Chef Scott Romano’s progressive American Cuisine, which has been consistently named to several of Dallas’ “best of” lists.   The evening’s menu is available at:
